Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We offer a variety of payment methods to ensure a secure and convenient checkout process. These include:

By choosing a payment method, you agree to comply with the terms of the respective payment provider.

The payment will be deducted from your account when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We offer reliable shipping with GLS.

Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Lead time is usually within 1-5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Read more about shipping options here.

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods. Your right of withdrawal is 30 days when you are shopping online, and the right of withdrawal starts when you have received your product. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

If you reject to receive your product at arrival, we reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses we may have when returning the product.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the product and the reason for return. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your return to us.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless it is defective).

Products purchased online from STEL are covered by a two-year warranty under consumer protection laws. This includes the right to repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction if a defect existed at the time of purchase and was not caused by misuse or normal wear.

To retain your warranty, report any issues immediately after discovering them.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
